Mt. Everest Marathon May 2023: Great Achievement by Gillian and Bard

Gillian and Bard Dolmans (daughter and father) achieved a great result with the Mt. Everest Marathon Run. With this fantastic challenge they also raised money for 6 Degrees. A total of 4000 Euros was raised.

Gillian explains why they chose 6 Degrees: “As soon as we saw the mission statement of 6 Degrees, we knew: this is a match. It is with great pleasure that we entered into a partnership with Debbie and Gita. During our trip in May we visited the Paper Mill in Kathmandu and met Sunny and the Nepali women there. What an enthusiasm and energy! Great to see how big the positive impact of 6 Degrees is for the local women's communities in Nepal!”
